Due to COVID 19 and the current health crisis, we are unable at this time to accept any exchanges or provide refunds. This is due to the type of products we sell and the exchange human contact once the products have been sent to the customer. This policy will change as the health crisis gets better, but for now that is the policy regarding refunds/exchanges. Please make sure you understand & are ok with this policy before placing a order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine a solution.
